North Carolina CMSW and CSWM Licensure
In North Carolina the managerial level license is the Certified Social Work Manager (CSWM). The CSWM requires passing the Advanced Generalist ASWB exam. The basic masters level certification is the Certified Masters Social Worker (CMSW).
