Connecticut LMSW and LCSW Licensure

Connecticut has one of the simplest social work licensing structures in the country. There is one clinical license, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker  (LCSW).  The information to become an LCSW in Connecticut is listed in the table below. Connecticut has passed a resolution to begin an LMSW but as of this year (2013),  it is not implemented. There is no Bachelors level certifications or licensure.
