“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” This quote by Rumi sums up my approach to therapy.

I am passionate about supporting individuals to live whole lives full of happiness and emotional healthiness. I focus on exploring the mind, body, and spirit to aid in creating a unified whole that each you are excited and proud to be. I provide supervision to LCSW candidates and can provide supervision for up to 50% of LPC and LMFT candidates in PA.
In 2007, I graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelor of Social Work. I then obtained a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010.
