Elisabeth Montgomery Claimed

Greetings! I am licensed clinical social worker in the metro Denver area and am excited to help support other social workers on their path toward licensure and beyond. My clinical experiences brought me to an inpatient psychiatric unit in Chicago, a fellowship in Psycho-Social Rehabilitation and Recovery in Little Rock, and to Denver as an integrated behavioral health clinician in a primary care clinic. Most recently, I worked as a practice transformation coach in several primary care clinics with a large health care system implementing behavioral health services in the primary care setting.
