I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapy models (Multi-systemic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Family and Systems Treatment, Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), and utilize my experience in each of these models to provide a well-rounded supervision experience. I have worked in community mental health agencies and now have a private practice. I have worked with clients at an individual, family, couple, and group level. I have program development experience. I supervised a team of 9 community based clinicians for 3 years, and truly enjoyed watching them grow and learn.
I take a developmental approach when it comes to supervision, finding the right combination of support and independence to ensure maximum growth of my supervisees. I believe supervision is a collaborative process, and work with each supervisee to develop a plan that will take them to where they want to go.
