Social work supervisor qualification requirements in Oregon:

1) Hold a valid Oregon LCSW.

2) A minimum of 2 years post LCSW clinical experience.

3) Completion of 6 hours of supervisor training every 5 years.

4) Maintain good standing with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers.
